- By registering on this website, you will be able to look at the site plan for the development land at Datchet (we are now selling Phase Two) and you will be able to see which ones are still available for sale. The parcels that have been shaded have already been sold and are unavailable.

- When you register, you will receive a brochure pack, (providing you left your name and address). By looking at the site plan (or on the website) you can decide which parcel you are interested in owning.
- To reserve your parcel of land you could telephone the Land Aspirations office straight away and pay your £450 reservation fee by credit or debit card over the phone, (Please first read our terms and conditions of reservation below)
- You could fill in the online reservation form below. (Please first read our terms and conditions of reservation)
- Solicitors - now you must decide whether or not to use a solicitor. If you do not have a solicitor you could choose to use one of our panel solicitors. However, if you choose not to use a solicitor, we have our own inhouse conveyance department.
- You will then shortly receive the Legal Pack, with explanatory notes, contents list, plans and contracts, tagged for signing. You are most welcome to attend our offices to ask questions and to complete the documents. Please telephone to make an appointment - 01753 827039
- When the sale is complete, you will receive Title documents from Land Registry which show that you are the new owner of a parcel of land at Datchet. These should be kept in a safe place and LAL will keep a copy in a fireproof safe here at the office.

RESERVATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Submission of the reservation form or giving details of your card or bank account, for payment confirms your acceptance of these conditions.
These conditions do not form part of the Sale Contract with Land Aspirations (LAL)..
Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until your reservation fee is successfully processed or until LAL receives your cleared funds.
Reservations made in person, by post, or by phone may be paid by cheque, card or cash. Reservations must be made with a £450 reservation fee. For the avoidance of doubt, the reservation fee will not be deducted from the Buying Price of the Parcel, but will be refunded by LAL immediately after completion provided completion takes place within the Designated Period (less £40 Land Registration Fee and £35 for optional share issue).
Full payment is required within 28 days of the reservation date, (the Designated Period).
Start of the Designated Period is the date the Contract of Sale is dispatched to the buyer
If LAL delays more than one day between correspondence, then the Designated Period will be extended according to the number of days delayed
If the sale has not completed within the Designated Period, the reservation fee will not be refunded at completion (at the discretion of LAL).
If the sale is not completed within 14 days (calculated as above) of the end of the Designated Period the sale contract will be withdrawn, the reservation fee forfeited by the buyer and retained by LAL and the reservation cancelled.
The buyer must immediately inform LAL (upon request) of all progress, actions and inactions during the conveyance procedure.
