At a recent Public Meeting about the
South East England Regional Assembly
(SEERA) we established:
SEERA housing allocation is lower than the housing requirement
The Government will probably increase the allocation
The Green Belt is likely to be released for development
Land Aspirations:
Has already commissioned their professional planning team
Has been involved in a 26 acre Green Belt site (within half a mile) sold to developers
Is aware of 28 acres of Green Belt (within half a mile) which
was developed for housing in 2003
